Big goals, one step at a time

Set a goal, break it into milestones you can actually tick off, and keep your notes and checklists right beside it. No feeds, no streaks, no nagging.

Just enough structure

Focus is deliberately small. It does four things, and it does them on both your phone and your laptop.

🎯

Goals worth keeping

Give each goal a name, a description and a colour, so it is recognisable the moment you open the app.

🏁

Milestones on a timeline

Break the goal into steps with target dates and markers. Drag to reorder, tap to complete, watch the bar move.

📝

Notes and checklists

File notes under a goal — or several. Checklists are part of the text, so they read the same on every device.

Works offline

Android keeps everything on the device. The web app queues your edits in the browser and sends them when you reconnect.

One account, both devices

Signing in is optional and takes one tap. It is also the only thing that leaves your device — without an account, your goals never do.

1

Sign in with Google

The same account on your phone and in the browser. Nothing to remember, no password to set.

2

Edit anywhere

Add a milestone on the train, write the note at your desk. Both sides merge by whichever edit was most recent.

3

Leave whenever

Export everything as JSON, or delete your account and all its data from the account screen in one step.

Start with one goal

That is usually enough. Add the second when the first is moving.
